Rustic house with character in one of the most iconic areas of Mallorca.
The villa is located between the towns of Pollença and Puerto de Pollença, in the north of the island.

Enjoy a barbecue on the terrace after swimming in the pool with views to the Serra de Tramuntana mountains.
The beach of Puerto de Pollença is only a few minutes away by car, as is the incredible beach of Cala Sant Vicenç. You also have the possibility of walking to the town of Puerto de Pollença through a path parallel to the road.

Within the house we will find a room with a double bed, an en-suite bathroom and a private terrace, where we can enjoy the tranquility of the countryside while having a wine or a soft drink. The other room has two single beds and another bathroom right next to it. A spacious dining room connects with a traditional Majorcan kitchen that leads to a large terrace with barbecue.

Outside we will find the pool where you can sunbathe and relax on hot summer days.
The property also has air conditioning, table tennis and Wi-Fi.
