Villa Can Toni is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa and located in the area of Pollenca with it's beautiful countryside, giving you a quite and private location, however with only a 10 – 15 minutes drive to restaurants and beaches.

The ground floor consists of a comfortable, bright Living/Dining area, with doors leading to outside and a fully equipped country kitchen, one twin bedroom with doors leading to the outside and a Bathroom.  The sweeping staircase leads to the first floor that overlooks the living area where there is a further double bedroom with small balcony with amazing views, and a twin bedroom, both rooms share a walk-in shower room.

The beautiful landscape gardens are enjoyed overlooking the generously sized pool with roman steps and a large terrace to enjoy your days relaxing in the Mallorcan sun and amazing sunsets and with the mountains in the background.
