The imposing Villa Volanti is a spacious holiday home with private swimming pool set to impress. Ideally located in the outskirts of the upmarket resort of Puerto Pollensa, with beaches, shops, restaurants and bar all in easy reach, Villa Volanti retains its original Mallorcan charm surrounded by peace, privacy and tranquillity. The villa is spacious, offers 3 huge bedrooms as well as wide common areas, and is surrounded by extensive gardens with lawn ideal for outdoor living. The perfect location of the property allows all the guests to visit the most attractive areas of Northern Mallorca (such as Pollensa, Alcudia, Formentor etc).

Inside, this large indipendent villa is set over 2 floors connected by an internal staircase (plus a small poolside outbuilding ousing outdoor dining facilities). There will be plenty of space for all the guests to enjoy a stress-free holiday! The airy ground floor houses the main living area. There is a spacious and beautifully decorated lounge with sofas, armchairs, satellite tv, wi-fi internet, dining table as well as a separate fully equipped kitchen. A traditional Mallorcan staircase leads up to the first floor where 3 air-conditioned bedrooms are located. The bedrooms, attractively decorated, are surprisingly spacious and are respectively a double and 2 twins. The double bedroom and one of the twin bedrooms have direct access to extensive terraces overlooking the gardens and the fruit trees. On this floor there are also 2 bathrooms with walk-in shower.

As well as the indoor areas, also the gardens of Villa Volanti are set to impress and specifically designed to let the guests enjoy in full the pleasant Mallorcan sun and atmosphere. The large private pool is provided with comfortable sunbeds and parasols, and there are plenty of opportunities for outdoor dining (a barbecue is also provided). The children can safely play on the lawn, while the adults can enjoy a refreshing swim or sunbath.

 For bookings made before 15/12/2022 we will send a link from our bank where you can pay the Ecotax by credit card before your arrival. This tax is mandatory. For bookings made after 15/12/2022, the sale price already includes the Ecotax.
