The elegant and spacious Villa Aumadrava Gran is a superb farmhouse with 4 bedrooms and a large private swimming pool, perfectly combining attractively furnished interiors (recently renovated) with extensive gardens and sun terraces. Set over one floor and particularly airy, Aumadrava Gran is the perfect choice for guests that love outdoor living together with the comfort of a truly special holiday home.
The entrance and corridor lead to the spacious lounge/dining room and doors leading to a covered terrace and to the gardens. Off this room, there is the well equipped kitchen (once again providing direct access to the outdoor dining terrace). The washing machine and tumble dryer are located in an adjacent storage room. Further along the main corridor there are two twin bedrooms and a main double bedroom, sharing two family bathrooms. A separate poolside annex, with independent entrance, houses a double bedroom and shower room. The interiors have been carefully renovated and finished to a very high standard.
The large swimming pool is surrounded by lawned gardens, beautifully landscaped, offering great panoramic views over the surrounding countryside. Sunbeds. shades, brick built barbecue and dining tables for al-fresco dining are provided. Table tennis is also available for the guests to enjoy.

Gepflegtes Anwesen mit großem Pool und schönem Garten. Ideal für 8 Personen. Die Finca ist traditionell und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Alle Zimmer verfügen über eine Klimaanlage. Die Betten sind sehr bequem.
Es fehlt ein zweiter Sonnenschirm am Pool.
