Villa Benvingut is an attractive villa set within extensive private gardens, beautifully kept and designed, perfect for outdoor living under the Mallorcan sun. Built in local stone, it is conveniently located close to Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa, and offers welcoming interiors finished with taste and style. A truly special property in a special location!
Inside, this 3-bedroomed villa is set over one floor. The fully fitted kitchen (particularly well equipped) has large patio doors leading out to the covered side terrace as well as a further door opening onto the covered front porch. A hallway leads to the master double bedroom, complete with stylish wrought iron bed and en-suite shower room. This bedroom also enjoys direct access to the swimming pool area. The same hallway also leads to a pretty twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room and to a further twin bedroom + a separate family shower room.
The swimming pool of Benvingut is a true delight: it is well known among regular guests for its unique shape and wide Roman steps allowing easy access. The swimming pool measures 9m x 6m (depth between 1m and 2.4m). In addition to the gardens (enclosed, beautifully planted with shrubs and local flowers), there are open and covered terraces, with barbecue, perfect for alfresco dining and chilling out when the sun goes down.

8 Wir waren mit drei Familien und 2 Babys in der Finca. Lage ist toll, die Finca ist wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos zu sehen. Für die Mücken kann die Finca nichts, aber bloß nicht das Mückenspray vergessen ????

El problema fue que en el armario de una de las habitaciones, salían cucarachas. Eso francamente fue muy, muy desagradable. Una pena, porque todo lo demás es francamente inmejorable.
