BON RECO

Villa Bon Reco is a charming and beautifully furnished 4 bedroom house surrounded by the glorious Pollensa countryside. A large private swimming pool, secluded lawned garden, views of the hills, fabulous alfresco eating area and a spacious, traditionally decorated interior make this the ideal setting for an enjoyable villa holiday. Pollensa Old Town and the beach at Puerto Pollensa are only 10 minutes' drive away. 

A long gated driveway leads from the country lane up to the private, circular parking area. As you approach the villa you cannot fail to be impressed by its beautiful stone exterior. A large solid wood door at the front opens into the hallway.

The large open plan living space has a traditional high beamed ceiling, an ornamental fireplace and locally made handicrafts decorating the walls. There's also a flat screen TV, comfortable seating and a dining table and chairs with patio doors leading out to the swimming pool and garden. At the far end of the living area is an exposed stonework wall and an impressive staircase leading to the first floor landing, overlooking the lounge. The adjacent kitchen is well-equipped and has a patio door back onto the front terrace.

On the ground floor is a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room, which is accessed externally as well as from the garage. There is also a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a separate WC. The double bedroom also has patio doors onto the rear of the house. Upstairs is a twin bedroom and double bedroom, each with an en-suite bathroom. This twin bedroom also has a small private balcony overlooking the sweeping driveway to the open countryside and hills.

The exterior pool area, garden and dining space are simply magnificent. The large swimming pool is bordered by a spacious lawn providing plenty of space to sunbathe, with views of the hills in the distance. To one side of the pool terrace is a large gazebo with table and chairs and a brick BBQ. A second, larger table with chairs can be found on the covered terrace outside the living area.
