Beach Apartment Brisa Marina is a uniquely located, modern apartment offering a huge private terrace and unobstructed views right over the beach of Puerto Pollensa. Sleeping up to 5 guests in air-conditioned interiors finished with taste and style, this large apartment is perfect for all those guests looking for an unforgettable beachfront holiday in one of the prettiest resorts of Mallorca. With a perfect sandy beach, children facilities, restaurants, bars, shops virtually at your doorstep, this holiday home will not disappoint even the most demanding guests!

The apartment is located on the first floor, to offer the added bonus of one of the largest sea-facing balconies of Puerto Pollensa (including dining table and sunbeds). There is a large lounge, equipped with sofas, TV (free channels), wi-fi, dining table, patio doors leading to the outside, as well as a separate fully equipped kitchen. The 3 bedrooms, spacious and welcoming, are respectively a double, a twin and a single, for a total of up to 5 guests. There are also 2 large bathrooms with bathtub + shower over. Air-conditioning is available in the bedrooms and is free of charge at set times between 2pm-4pm and 8pm-8am.

For bookings made before 12/15/2022 we will send a link from our bank where you can pay the Ecotax by credit card before your arrival. This tax is mandatory. For bookings made after 12/15/2022, the sale price already includes the Ecotax.
