Villa Busqueroles is a characterful 4 bedroom villa with the Pollensa countryside providing a beautiful backdrop. Built from local stone and with an impressive BBQ house, a large private pool and spacious, lawned grounds, what's not to love? This impressive villa offers spectacular panoramic views of the Tramuntana mountains, as well as a great secluded position only 5 minutes' drive from Pollensa Old Town. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms are included.

Villa Busqueroles is ideally positioned, central to all of Pollensa's facilities. It's a 5 minute drive north to the authentic Spanish restaurants of the Old Town and close by you can enjoy the locally produced wine of the Bodega Vidalet. If you want to spend a day at the beach, it's only a short drive to Puerto Pollensa's superb, mile long sandy bay and fashionable sea-facing restaurants. You can even try your hand at cycling, hiking or paragliding from the Tramuntana mountain peaks.

There's a covered terrace with Spanish style ornamental well, adorned with black wrought iron with a dining table and seating area that overlooks the spacious lawn and pool. On one side, you have views of the dense Pollensa forest, which merges into the hillside surrounding the grounds of the villa. You'll also have your own impressive stone BBQ house, 5 steps up from the pool terrace, with a second dining area.

All 4 bedrooms are on the first floor and are decorated in the same traditional style. There is a double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms which all have access to the spacious first floor balcony. From here, the views over the gardens to the surrounding countryside and mountains can be enjoyed in their full glory. The remaining twin bedroom has views over the trees at the back of the house. These bedrooms share the facilities of 2 bathrooms, plus there's a shower room on the ground floor.

The open plan lounge and dining area are traditionally furnished, with a comfortable seating area, a flat screen TV, a dining set and an ornamental brick fireplace. Windows overlook the grounds to the countryside. Adjacent to the living area is the spacious, fully equipped kitchen. It has exposed beams, plenty of workspace, a pantry and a dining table with chairs.

The entrance to this impressive villa is through a sliding solid wrought iron gate that leads to a driveway and parking area. From here, the front door is located on the covered terrace.

In line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.
