Its location is ideal, just a short drive from the beautiful beaches and services of Puerto Pollença, while the town of Pollença is even closer.

The estate is meticulously maintained by its owners, who take pride in keeping it in perfect condition. The private pool, recently renovated, is located in beautiful gardens with grass and surrounded by lush bushes and citrus trees, creating an idyllic setting for relaxation. The solarium terrace, next to the pool, offers a perfect place to enjoy the Mallorca sun. Inside, the house combines rustic charm with modern comfort. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms with twin beds that share a full bathroom. On the first floor, there is a master bedroom with a double bed, which has an adjacent shower for greater comfort. Additionally, to avoid walking through the house with wet feet after a swim in the pool, a practical shower and a bathroom have been set up, accessible from the terrace, providing great convenience for guests.

To ensure maximum comfort in all seasons of the year and in line with local energy-saving initiatives, Ca'n Coll is equipped with air conditioning, available in all units from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
