Villa Tomeu Seguinot has superb views over the surrounding countryside, framed by the Tramuntana mountains in the distance. The location is ideal, with the authentic Spanish town of Pollensa, and stylish Pine Walk promenade and beach of Puerto Pollensa, both within a very short drive. This impressive 5 bedroom villa has a large private swimming pool and garden, and a traditional interior. Air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and WiFi are included.
Entrance
Villa Tomeu Seguinot has a large private parking area which is gated from the street. The main entrance into the house is at the front of the villa.
Living space
The lounge and dining area are open plan, with an ornamental fireplace, flat screen TV and table and chairs. The rear wall is lined with windows and patio doors allowing plenty of light in, as well as access to the pool terrace and garden. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen is on the opposite side of the entrance hall, with a second table and chairs.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
On the ground floor is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room, and 2 twin bedrooms. There is a bathroom along the hallway and a shower room adjacent to the kitchen.
Upstairs is a second double bedroom and a twin bedroom sharing a separate bathroom and WC. Both of these bedrooms have a pleasant seating area, one with a private balcony and the other with a terrace - and splendid mountain views. There is an external staircase from the twin bedroom leading down to the gardens.
Swimming pool, BBQ area and outside space
The villa grounds and large private swimming pool are ideal for taking in the ambience, with plenty of space to relax or swim. The terrace is partially covered providing shade for the dining area, where you can cook up a meal on your own brick BBQ and enjoy a home cooked meal overlooking the mountains.
For bookings made before 15/12/2022 we will send you a link to our bank where you can pay the Ecotasa tax by credit card before your arrival. This tax is compulsory. For all bookings made from 15/12/2022 onwards, the sales price already includes the Ecotasa tax.

8 Una casa encantadora, con algunas limitaciones de diseño.
La ubicación es muy buena, comoda para acceder tanto a Pollensa, como al Puerto o Alcudia. Los anfitriones muy amables, nos permitieron acceder para descargar el equipaje antes de la hora prevista. La casa es muy comoda en general.
Es extraño que la habitación con cama de matrimonio no sea la que dispone de mejor baño y es algo más mas pequeña y con menos armarios.El WC de la planta baja no funciona correctamente.La orientación del porche hace que sea imposible comer allí en agosto

6 Sehr schönes Ambiente, großzügiger Aussenbereich und toller Pool. Im Haus fehlen jedoch Gewürze, Öl, Toilettenpapier und Mühlsäcke. Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt in einer gut gelegenen Finca in der Nähe zum Meer und zu den Bergen.

8 Beautiful villa in quiet rural location
Lovely villa, full of character and well equipped. We met the owners, who were friendly and helpful.
The was no welcome pack as promised in the welcome email. We also had no hot water in the property when we arrived on Saturday evening. There was noone available to speak to about this until the office opened on Monday.
