The house is set over 2 floors and retains many original Mallorca features, carefully mixed with modern comforts. On the ground floor there is a spacious lounge with separate kitchen (fully equipped) and access to a superb outdoor patio, partially shaded, also housing a useful barbecue, dining facilities and ping-pong table. There are 3 bedrooms in total, all doubles and pleasantly furnished, together with 2 bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub). On the upper floor, a wide furnished terrace, runs all along the property for an unforgettable outdoor living experience. The house is equipped with satellite TV, wi-fi internet, air-conditioning in the bedrooms of the upper floor (at set times between 2pm-4pm and 8pm-8am).

Location and authentic style of villa and roof terrace
No pool and on the first and last night one of the neighbouring villas had music blaring, so loud we thought was music being played in the main square. Then would play TV so loud we could not get to sleep until after 1.302 am

La casa es realmente increíble, muy amplia, muy bien equipada y decorada, buenas calidades. Estaba perfectamente limpia y con amor en cada rincón y detalle. Nos encantaron los elementos antiguos en el patio como balanzas, tamices, planchas de carbón.
La plaza de garaje es amplia pero la calle es tan estrecha que nuestro vehículo no pudo ingresar ya que no daba el ángulo (peugeot 2008 7 plazas). Sin embargo se puede aparcar sin problemas a menos de 10min.
