The property, with 3 bedrooms, air conditioning and a cozy private pool, has been completely renovated to a high level, with modern design interiors and spacious decor. Due to its unbeatable location and features, this villa is the ideal holiday home for an unforgettable stay without the need to depend on a car.
The villa is distributed over 2 floors, with the living room located on the ground floor surrounding the pool terrace. The entrance is through a beautifully furnished living room with satellite TV, DVD player, and comfortable sofas. On this floor, there is also an elegant kitchen (fully equipped with ceramic hob, refrigerator/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer), a magnificent master bedroom and 2 double bedrooms, all equipped with en-suite shower. The large patio doors provide direct access to the pool area with hydromassage jets, comfortable sun loungers, and a perfect relaxation area to enjoy a relaxing drink by the pool. A staircase leads to the upper floor, with a lovely billiard room and a partially covered terrace with barbecue, perfect for dining outdoors.
