COLONYA

Villa Colonya is a truly amazing property, situated in the beautiful valley of Colonya, enjoying delightful views over both the countryside and mountains of Serra de Tramuntana. It is located within easy reach of the much loved old town of Pollensa, yet very close to the sandy beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente as well as to the golf course of Pollensa. It can sleep up to 6 guests in 3 air-conditioned bedrooms. Villa Lonya was built by a well-known local builder and is designed in a traditional, Mallorcan style, with exposed beams and lofty ceilings on the interior, and expansive, stone covered terraces on the exterior, in order to provide a superb holiday experience to our guests.

A short driveway leads up to the villa and the large covered terrace. The front door opens into an extremely spacious lounge/dining room and on into the fully fitted kitchen. On the same level, there is a double bedroom with en suite shower room, a welcoming twin bedroom with stone floors and beamed ceilings, and a full bathroom. From the lounge, a wooden staircase leads up to another pleasingly decorated twin bedroom.

Outside, there is a large swimming pool, a barbecue and eating area (with the walls adorned by agricultural and artisans tools ). There are extensive, well cared gardens with lawn and trees making this a perfect place for families with children. Under the covered terrace there is also a table tennis.
