The superb Embat, with 3 bedrooms and private pool, is a truly special holiday home finished to the highest standard and recently renovated. Combining classy interiors with a perfect location, the villa is just 2km away from the seaside and conveniently close to the sought after Puerto Pollensa, with its many bars, shops and restaurants.
Inside, the villa is set over one floor, raised by a few steps (or a ramp) from the private driveway with parking.
The entrance door opens into the hall and the open-plan lounge/dining area, which is light, airy and spacious, with high beams. The modern dining table and chairs perfectly blend with the black leather sofas and chairs in the lounge. Both areas have large patio doors that open out to the covered terrace and the pool. Off the lounge, is the large, modern, fully fitted kitchen with its intriguing colour scheme and stainless steel fitments including wall oven. The kitchen door leads out to the covered terrace and the pool. Off the lounge/dining area, there is a twin bedroom with a large en suite shower room, a further twin bedroom and a full family bathroom. Stairs lead up to the spacious master double bedroom suite with its large en suite shower room, with marble floors and tiles, and modern details. Large patio doors lead out to an uncovered balcony with lovely views of the countryside and the bay of Pollensa beyond.
The inviting swimming pool is situated to the side of the house and is surrounded by lawns on all sides. It will be the perfect spot to enjoy long hours under the warm Mallorcan sun, take a refreshing dip or just read a book. The outdoor terraces overlooking the pool and the garden provide shade during the hottest hours of the day and are equipped with tables and chairs for al-fresco dining.

Outside area is amazing. Great location and lovely space inside. Kitchen well equipped
It would be great to be given notice when the owner is going to turn up. We appreciate the garden needs to be watered etc within the two weeks but it gave us a shock one day that the gates opened and two people arrived, not knowing who they were. Likewise
