This quaint villa for four people lies peacefully in a pine wooded area within easy access to Pollensa and Alcudia.
All the accommodation of this property is on one level. An ample open concept kitchen gives onto the lounge / dining area with a wood burning fireplace and satellite TV.
Off the lounge area, a small arch leads to the two bedrooms, one double and one twin sharing the only shower room with WC.
Both bedrooms are fully air conditioned on a timer.
Next to the kitchen is a laundry area with a washing machine and door out to the back of the property.
This stone clad property faces south and receives the sun on the façade and pool area all day long. The well-kept garden and lawn includes a brick built BBQ next to the 8 x 4 m pool with wide metal steps for easy access in and out.
A car is essential when booking this property.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Es war alles da was man braucht. Tolle ruhige Lage. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Zum Strand (Alcúdia, Pollença) sind es keine 20 min Fahrt. Der Süßwasserpool hatte eine sehr angenehme Temperatur. Während de
Ab nachmittags waren draußen sehr viele Stechmücken, weshalb wir uns dann nach Möglichkeit drinnen aufgehalten haben. Vielleicht lag das auch an der Jahreszeit (August) und den vorangegangenen Wetterbedingungen.

8 Super schön, trotz kleinerer negativer Punkte ist
Sehr sauber und ruhiges privates Haus. Es war alles so wie auf den Bildern zu sehen und beschrieben. Unkompliziertes Einchecken und kontaktlose Schlüsselübergabe.
Leider wurde kein Babybett trotz Nachfrage zur Verfügung gestellt. Nach Rückfrage ist dann am nächsten Tag der Besitzer gekommen und meinte es wäre gerade bei seiner Familie im Gebrauch. Die zwei Einzelbetten sind nur für Kinder geeignet, da sehr klein. Z
