In addition, the paradisiacal beaches of Puerto de Pollensa and Cala Sant Vicente await you just 8 kilometres away, where you can enjoy the sun and the Mediterranean Sea.

Designed for your maximum comfort and relaxation, our holiday home invites you to enjoy its ample spaces. On the ground floor, distributed over several levels, you will find a double living room ideal for family or friends gatherings, a fully equipped kitchen with open dining area, and a private swimming pool with furnished terrace, perfect for sunbathing or relaxing in the shade. A bathroom with outdoor shower allows you to freshen up after a dip in the pool or a game of tennis on the villa's private court.

On the first floor, four cosy bedrooms await you, three of them with their own en suite bathroom. Two of the bathrooms offer the comfort of a bathtub, while the other has a shower. For your comfort, two of the bedrooms are equipped with double beds, while the other two offer single beds.

Beyond the comforts of our villa, we invite you to explore the charming village of Pollensa. Let yourself be carried away by the charm of its cobbled streets in the old town, climb the 365 steps of the Calvario and admire the breathtaking views of the town and the bay. Enjoy the delicious local gastronomy in the many restaurants of the village and live an unforgettable experience.

Downstairs the covered porch offers enough space for al fresco dining, the 8 x 4 m swimming pool with built in steps and the brick built BBQ completes the outside.

The villa has WIFI through out the property. All bedrooms are air conditioned on a timer.

A car is essential when booking this property. Air conditioning available from 14:00h to 16:00h and from 20:00h to 08:00h.

The tourist tax is included in the price.
