LA RAFAL GRAN

Villa La Rafal Gran has an inviting large private pool, spacious lawn and plenty of room for relaxing in the sun whilst taking in the surrounding countryside views. The villa is located on the outskirts of Pollensa Old Town, with a fabulous selection of shops, bars and restaurants less than 5 minutes' drive away. With unique Spanish touches and 4 traditionally furnished bedrooms all with en-suites, you'll have everything you need for a relaxing stay. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms and lounge are included.

Entrance

The entrance to Villa La Rafal Gran is along a gated driveway up a slope to the villa grounds. There is ample parking space for your hire cars. 2 steps up is a covered porch and the front door.

Living area and kitchen

The combined living and dining area has comfortable seating, a flat screen TV and a dining table with chairs. The wooden beamed ceiling and Barra floor tiles throughout gives the villa an authentic Spanish feel. 2 sets of patio doors open onto the covered terrace overlooking the pool and lawn area. The Spanish theme continues in the adjacent kitchen with traditional tiles plus wooden units and all appliances - everything you'll need for preparing a tasty meal. There is a separate utility room. You'll also find an additional sitting area on the first floor which is perfect for unwinding with a good book.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Villa La Rafal Gran has 4 comfortable and traditionally furnished bedrooms spilt between the ground and first floor. You'll find a double and twin bedroom each with en-suite shower rooms on the ground floor. Upstairs, there is a further double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and a twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. There is a separate WC on the ground floor.

Swimming pool, pool terrace and sunbathing area

With picturesque large gardens, there is plenty of space for the children to run around. A slope provides access to the private pool which is set in an expansive lawn and surrounded by sun loungers, perfect for relaxing in the sun. You'll find a dining table with chairs beneath a covered terrace for those wanting some shade, and with the adjacent brick BBQ you will be able to enjoy those alfresco meals.
