LA VINYA

Villa Vinya is a picturesque setting for a relaxing holiday. Surrounded by the beautiful Pollensa countryside, you'll only be a short drive from the Old Town, as well as the beach and restaurants of Puerto Pollensa. This 3 bedroom villa has traditional Spanish furnishings and spacious grounds. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms are included.

Entrance

There is a private gated driveway for your hire car, which leads to the main entrance at the side of the house.

Living space and kitchen

The living area is traditionally furnished, with a beamed ceiling and an ornamental corner fireplace, as well as comfortable sofas and a flat screen TV. 1 step from here takes you to the dining area with a authentic wooden table with chairs, great for socialising after a lazy day around the pool. A set of wooden doors open on to the covered terrace which overlooks the pool to the countryside. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of space to prepare those declicious meals, there is a small breakfast table and a seperate door which leads onto the covered terrace.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

The villa compromises of 3 bright, airy and spacious bedrooms. The ground floor has a twin bedroom and a separate bathroom. On the first floor there is a twin bedroom and a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. These bedrooms have spectcular views of the surrounding countryside.

Swimming pool, BBQ area and outside space

The magnificent views over the mountain tops are best enjoyed from the comfort of your own private swimming pool and garden. A pergola shades the table and chairs from the sun coupled with a brick BBQ, creates a fantastic alfresco dining area. There is a seperate utilty room near the pool which has only access from the terrace.
