MARCH MARTORELL

Sitting just off the winding, country lane that links Pollensa and Alcudia, March Martorell is a lovely, stone clad house conveniently located within easy reach of both towns as well as the resort of Puerto Pollensa. It's just a five minute drive to Pollensa town, where there is a fantastic local farmer's market every Sunday morning and some very well renowned restaurants and chic bars. The welcoming swimming pool is set into lawned gardens and includes an adjacent whirlpool section. A shaded terrace overlooks the pool and garden, providing a great spot for relaxing, reading or enjoying a freshly prepared meal from the barbecue. Inside, the house is a pleasant mix of modern and traditional, with beamed ceilings and terracotta tiled floors, a fully-fitted kitchen and air-conditioned bedrooms, ideal in the summer evenings!
