Villa Ponent is a charming five-bedroom and four-bathroom villa, located between Pollença and Puerto de Pollença, just 2 km from S'Albufereta beach. Its rural setting offers total privacy, but with easy access to the beautiful beaches in the area. The villa is surrounded by spacious gardens with grass and flowers, and features a large private pool and a jacuzzi, offering a perfect refuge in the tranquil Mallorcan countryside.
Distributed across two floors, Villa Ponent has five air-conditioned rooms, ensuring comfort and coolness during your stay.
Upon entering, a private path leads to a spacious parking area. The main door opens to an elegant lobby that connects to a reading room and, further ahead, to the main living room, which features satellite TV and comfortable sofas. The lobby also provides access to a modern kitchen/dining area, equipped with an oven, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, and an American-style refrigerator. From the dining room, patio doors open directly to the gardens and swimming pool, creating a fluid transition between the interior and exterior.
On the ground floor, there are two double bedrooms that share a full bathroom, and a third double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
On the first floor, there is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, which includes a whirlpool bathtub and French doors that open to a spacious terrace with spectacular countryside views. Also on this level, there is another double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and shower. The villa has been carefully renovated and decorated in soft pastel tones, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere throughout the property.
Outside, the villa is surrounded by well-maintained gardens, with lawn areas on the sides of the pool. Next to the pool, there is a covered pergola with comfortable furniture, ideal for relaxing after a swim. Additionally, it has a jacuzzi (cold water) next to the pool, for total relaxation. The covered terrace has a ping-pong table, and nearby is the barbecue, perfect for enjoying outdoor dinners while contemplating the landscape.
