Of these rooms, one is a double room with a private bathroom, while the other three are double rooms, one of which also has a private bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests. The private bathrooms in the master bedroom and in one of the bedrooms with two single beds offer total privacy and comfort. An additional bathroom with a modern Italian shower is available for other guests.

The design of the villa is rustic with wooden beam ceilings, giving it a traditional and warm touch. Just outside the property, there is a road that leads directly to the old town of Pollensa, which can be reached in just 15 minutes by car.
