Access to the property is via a private, gated road lined with palm trees, which leads directly to the house, which has been completely renovated and is all on one level for added convenience.

Upon entering, you will find a spacious open-plan area that includes an elegant dining room, a lounge with comfortable sofas, and a fully equipped American kitchen. This open and bright environment is ideal for enjoying time with family or friends, providing a cozy place to relax or share meals.

The villa can accommodate up to six people, distributed in two double bedrooms and one bedroom with two single beds. All the bedrooms are equipped with fitted wardrobes, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.

Outside, a covered porch with tables and chairs offers a shaded space perfect for outdoor dining, complemented by a built-in barbecue that invites you to enjoy alfresco cooking and the warm Mallorcan evenings. Steps lead to the swimming pool, located on a paved terrace with sun loungers, ideal for sunbathing or relaxing. The garden is thoughtfully designed with mature trees, palm trees, yuccas, and olive trees, creating a natural and tranquil atmosphere, perfect for unwinding and enjoying a peaceful holiday.
