Can Soler is an attractive, country villa set in extensive grounds. It is private and peaceful with fabulous views, yet within easy reach of delightful old Pollensa town.

A door from the main terrace leads to the spacious, traditional kitchen with its marble work tops and separate pantry. The kitchen is fitted with fully modern appliances. A further door leads to the charming Mallorcan style lounge/dining room (BBC and ITV Channels available). A hallway gives access to a double bedroom with en-suite shower, a twin bedded room and a family bathroom. Both bedrooms have delightful views over the garden. A separate utility room contains the washing machine and an additional fridge.

A flight of stairs leads up to the enormous sun terrace with 360 degree panoramic views of the mountains, countryside and bay. A dining table and chairs is positioned in a shaded area, and there is ample space for loungers. This is a magical place to watch the sunrise over the bay, tan in the sunshine during the day, then watch the sun go down over the mountains – all in complete privacy.

A gated driveway leads to the long covered terrace with comfy seating areas and tables plus a built-in barbecue, perfect for dining al fresco or simply relaxing. The large kidney shaped pool is well situated next to a shower room. The pool is surrounded by a pretty garden full of mature trees, flowers, shrubs and many palm trees. A gate leads to the lovely vegetable patch, an orchard and a wild area – a perfect place for a picnic. Guests are invited to help themselves to pick up fruit.
