Villa Xinito is a sweet, charming property, full of character and atmosphere, set in a tranquil position close to Pollensa. Sleeping 4 guests in 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, Villa Xinito is the perfect choice for a couple or a small family. Thanks to its large gardens with lawn, private pool and perfect location, Villa Xinito will not disappoint.
Inside, the villa is set over one floor. From the open-plan lounge/dining room, complete with exposed beams, doors open out to the impressive covered terrace, which leads to the pool area, which in turn leads to an ample lawn. A step through leads to a double bedroom with en suite full bathroom, a twin bedroom and a further family full bathroom.
The extensive gardens (surprisingly large for a property of just 2 bedrooms) are planted with many fig trees and the scenery beyond gives the villa a seductively tranquil atmosphere. In addition a roof top terrace (accessed by a spiral staircase) provides a further opportunity to enjoy splendid views of the countryside and surrounding area. Sunbeds and outdoor furnishing are provided for the guests to enjoy.
