Piso Marina is a quiet apartment recently decorated with a lot of charm, with a beautiful balcony located just a few meters from the beach, in the heart of Puerto Pollença.

The ideal apartments for couples, families or groups of friends who want to rest in a quiet area and enjoy a good holiday on the beach and close to the commercial area of ​​Puerto de Pollença with all the amenities. Parking on the street is free, and from the community staircase you can access a magnificent terrace.

Piso Marina has two rooms that receive natural light from an interior patio, a bathroom, a fully equipped American kitchen, a dining table for 4 people and a very comfortable living room with a sofa. From the living room there is access to the balcony where you can get some fresh air.

The air conditioning is included in the rental price, and available at all times, it only stops from 6 to 11 in the morning, for the rest of the machinery, and available in the double bedroom and in the living room.

For bookings made before 15/12/2022 we will send you a link to our bank where you can pay the Ecotasa tax by credit card before your arrival. This tax is compulsory. For all bookings made from 15/12/2022 onwards, the sales price already includes the Ecotasa tax.
