Beach Villa Carme

Perfectly located just a few minutes away from the stunning sandy beach of Playa De Muro and from a large array of shops, bars, restaurants, this villa is the perfect choice for a truly Mallorcan holiday in close proximity to all the amenities. The villa has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a private swimming pool and can comfortably sleep up to 4 guests in air-conditioned modern interiors. The large private pool is surrounded by pleasant terraces and gardens providing an excellent privacy compared to the other properties in a similar location. A car is not required!

Inside, the villa is set over one floor and comprises a large lounge full of light (satellite TV, wi-fi internet, sofa-bed) with adjoining dining area, a separate fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, 4 cooking rings, fridge, freezer), a spacious master bedroom suite with double bed, en-suite shower room as well as direct access to the outside, a twin bedroom and a family shower room. The bedrooms are air-conditioned (included in the rental price) and the interiors have just been totally renovated.

Outside, the private swimming pool is set within extensive terraces with flowers and Mediterranean shrubs. It measures 6m x 4m, depth is 1.5m and access is via Roman Steps. Shades and 4 sunbeds are provided for the guests to enjoy. There are also comfortable sitting and shaded dining areas outside for extra relaxation during the hottest hours of the day or for a delicious al-fresco meal. A barbecue is provided.

Free air conditioning from 14:00pm to 16:00pm and from 20:00pm to 08:00am

Private parking is available on the premises for all those wishing to travel by car. 

Important information to keep in mind:

In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodation, a fee of €50 will be charged during office hours and €75 outside office hours. Replacement keys must be collected by the guest at our office.

On the day of check-out, no rubbish must be left in the property. Guests are required to dispose of it themselves; otherwise, a €150 waste management fee will apply.

Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). Therefore, shortly before your arrival, we will send you a link to complete the online check-in for all guests.
