Inside, the villa is set over one floor and has been totally renovated to include the most modern facilities and contemporary design. The interiors are spacious, airy and welcoming, perfect for an unforgettable holiday. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 twins and 1 double, as well as 2 family bathrooms with shower. The fully equipped kitchen has all the most modern appliances and a dining table for 6. Large patio doors lead outside to the open veranda by the poolside, with dining table and barbecue. The lounge, once again air-conditioned, has a comfortable leather sofa and flat screen TV.
Outside, the most unique feature for a house in this location, is the incredibily large swimming pool. Is provided with a sunbathing terrace with sunbeds perfect for relaxing unde the sun. But with the perfect sandy beach at your doorstep, the choice will be hard: pool or beach?

4 Wir waren von dem Haus sehr enttäuscht. Es ist in einem schlechten Allgemeinzustand und nicht sehr sauber. Die Duschkabinen müssten komplett neu gemacht werden und sehen stellenweise wirklich eklig aus. Nachts konnte man im Bad durchaus auch auf Kakerlake
Die Lage ist hervorragend. Der Ort ist ganz wunderbar und man muss nur zur Haustüre raus, um den Strand und das riesige gastronomische Angebot zu genießen. Achtung für Lärmempfindliche: zwei der Schlafzimmer gehen zur Straße raus, was aufgrund der umliege
Leider war das Haus trotz der positiven Aspekte sehr enttäuschend. Die einst schönen Bäder sind in einem ganz schlechten Zustand und im Bereich der Duschkabinen richtig eklig (extreme Kalkablagerungen, Schimmel). Nachts sind wir im Bad auch Kakerlaken beg

Fab location so close to the beach and every amenity (big and small supermarkets). Great little pool. All felt very private. V comfortable beds. Extremely well equipped house. Ideal place for a hol without a car (bus station 5 min walk)
