LA CASITA
Villa La Casita is a welcoming and cheerful villa with 2 bedrooms and private swimming pool, beautifully located very close to the sought after beach resort of Puerto Pollensa which is less than 3km away. The interiors are beautifully furnished in traditional style and the outdoor areas feature inviting terraces and a pleasant garden perfect for relaxing under the shining sun or enjoying al-fresco dining. The villa can sleep up to 4 guests in 2 bedrooms
Approaching the villa via a lovely pathway, guests reach a delightful L-shaped covered terrace with sitting areas surrounded by flowering shrubs and plants. Entrance is straight into the dining/lounge area traditionally furnished with lots of original features and a true Mallorcan feeling.
Off the lounge, and accessed via beautiful archways, there are 2 bedrooms (one air-conditioned double with an antique Mallorcan bed, one air-conditioned twin ) and 2 bathrooms with shower. Another archway leads to the spacious, fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the outoor barbecue area.
Outside, there is a delightfully pretty, manicured garden with beautiful views over to the mountains and pine woods. The garden has lawn as well as plenty of sunbathing terraces.
An outside BBQ house (covered) with table and chairs for al fresco dining is located at the rear of the villa and is the perfect complement for al-fresco dining.
The tourist tax is included in the price. Air Conditioning - from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00

9 Stunning villa, beautiful location and outdoor seating areas.
Beautiful location. Rural feel but within 30 mins walk from centre of resort (only 10 mins on bike, pleasant cycle). Stunning pool area. Very clean. Lovely outdoor seating areas.
Not much! Interior quite dated but added to charm of property. Note comments regarding daily visitors from ? Owner. This was not an issue for us at all did visit daily to tend to extensive garden but not intrusive at all.

La maison est au calme suffisamment éloignée de la ville pour éviter le bruit.Coupure d',électricité lors d',un petit orage ayant pour conséquence la coupure de l',eau. Beaucoup de consignes ",Attention ne pas...",, mais rien sur la localisation du disjon
Plus d',électricité = plus d',eau, et tous ces petits dysfonctionnements.

we love the gardens and the features of the property which is traditional, the clean pool, location of the property.
we would have liked notice as to when the owner turned up to clean the pool, as we never knew when to expect him, although he is lovely and friendly we do like our privacy, perhaps an agreed time for his arrival would be better in the future.
