Piso Marina is a quiet apartment recently decorated with a lot of charm, with a beautiful balcony located just a few meters from the beach, in the heart of Puerto Pollença.
The ideal apartments for couples, families or groups of friends who want to rest in a quiet area and enjoy a good holiday on the beach and close to the commercial area of ??Puerto de Pollença with all the amenities. Parking on the street is free, and from the community staircase you can access a magnificent terrace.
Piso Marina has two rooms that receive natural light from an interior patio, a bathroom, a fully equipped American kitchen, a dining table for 4 people and a very comfortable living room with a sofa. From the living room there is access to the balcony where you can get some fresh air.
The air conditioning is included in the rental price, and available at all times, it only stops from 6 to 11 in the morning, for the rest of the machinery, and available in the double bedroom and in the living room.

8 Séjour parfait, cuisine très bien équipée, bonne literie. La terrasse est très agréable mais l'accès ne se fait pas depuis l'appartement il faut ressortir et monter un étage, ce qui nous a pas trop dérangé finalement.Nous aurions bien aimé plus de souples

10 Pictures do not do this place justice! It’s 5 minutes to be in the water, 5 minutes to restaurants, bike shops, groceries … could not get more convenient. It’s more quiet than I expected being above business. It’s clean and well laid out. Only complaints
