Tos is a charming villa designed to accommodate up to 6 people, spread over two spacious floors, offering a perfect setting for a relaxing holiday. The villa features a lovely porch where guests can enjoy al fresco dining while taking in the surrounding views, a well-maintained lawn area ideal for outdoor activities, and a private swimming pool, providing ample space for both relaxation and entertainment.

On the ground floor, the living-dining room is tastefully furnished and offers direct access to the outdoor area, creating a seamless flow between the interior and the beautiful garden. The cozy living room is the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring, while the dining area is ideal for enjoying meals together. The kitchen, located adjacent to the living area, is fully equipped and includes a small breakfast table, perfect for casual meals or morning coffee. The utility room next to the kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine, adding extra convenience for longer stays. Additionally, there is a guest toilet on this floor for added comfort.

An internal staircase leads to the first floor, where you will find three inviting twin bedrooms. Two of these bedrooms have access to a private balcony, offering a peaceful place to relax and enjoy the surrounding views. A shared bathroom serves the upstairs bedrooms, featuring modern fixtures and a bathtub for a soothing retreat after a day of exploration.

The villa is equipped with hot and cold air conditioning, providing a comfortable atmosphere throughout the property. Please note that the air conditioning has fixed and limited hours for energy efficiency.

Tos villa has a policy of not allowing youth groups, ensuring a peaceful environment for all guests. For group bookings, the minimum age requirement is 25 years.
