It can accommodate up to 6 people indoors with air conditioning in two bedrooms and one in the living room, 3 double bedrooms. Large pool area surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation will become an excellent holiday home for a special vacation.

Inside, Es Mal Pas will impress with its great comfort, feeling of spaciousness, large panoramic windows and elegant furnishings. The villa has air conditioning. There will be plenty of space for up to 6 people to experience an unforgettable vacation both indoors and outdoors, staying together when desired and with unbeatable privacy when required. Thanks to the large windows, which provide panoramic views over the surrounding countryside, the entire property is filled with natural light: it will be like spending a vacation in a postcard, while enjoying a drink comfortably seated on the sofa! The three rooms are double with (TV, WIFI, heating, safe) and a private bathroom with a hydromassage bathtub.

Outside, the villa is surrounded by extensive gardens with lawns, shrubs, flowers, sunbathing terraces and dining areas with barbecue. It will be the perfect place to enjoy the mild Majorcan climate throughout the summer, while admiring the beauty of nature that surrounds you. The private pool is located at the front of the villa to enjoy long hours of sunshine and stunning views. The depth is between 1.2m and 2.1m. Sun loungers and umbrellas are provided for guests to enjoy.

The air conditioning is programmed from 14 to 16 and from 20 to 8.

For bookings made before 15/12/2022 we will send you a link to our bank where you can pay the Ecotasa tax by credit card before your arrival. This tax is compulsory. For all bookings made from 15/12/2022 onwards, the sales price already includes the Ecotasa tax.
