Large Stone clad family villa set in the country side at the foot of the Tramuntana Mountain range and very near the town of Selva. This property lies on two floors and is being partially refurbished for the 2019 season, changing the external staircase inside the house and converting the seven-bedroom property into one unit instead of two independent sleeping areas. The result will be a large family property that will be able to sleep 14 people. There will be three bedrooms (two doubles and one twin) with three bathrooms on the ground floor and four bedrooms each with on suite bathroom on the first floor.

The ground floor comprises a large family kitchen with gas hob and electric oven, large fridge /freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven and a sitting area.  L shaped lounge / dining area with comfortable seating, wifi and smart TV. Large bathroom with bath tub off the lounge area, access to sleeping area with three bedrooms, two twins, further full bathroom with bath and a double bedroom with queen size bed and shower room on suite.

The interior staircase leads to the first floor where another comfortable seating area is located together with a pool table. Here are four more bedrooms to be found, two doubles and two twins each with their own on suite shower rooms. The large double bedroom at the end of the passage way has a king size bed and a bath tub as well as a walk-in shower.

All bedrooms are fully air conditioned.
