VILLA SOLLERIC

Villa Solleric is located in a picturesque setting surrounded by the Serra de Tramuntana, for a relaxing holiday. It is a short drive from the old town of Soller, as well as the beach and restaurants of Puerto de Soller. The villa combines the modern with the traditional, and together with the views they create an incomparable atmosphere. Includes WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all rooms.

The villa is divided over 2 floors, presenting on the ground floor a spacious room consisting of a large fully equipped kitchen with its island work area and brunch bar, and a dining room leading to the lounge.

The living room is modernly furnished, with a beamed ceiling and an ornamental fireplace, as well as comfortable sofas and a flat-screen TV. A step from here takes you into the kitchen with an authentic wooden table with chairs, ideal for socializing after a lazy day by the pool. A set of doors open onto the terrace which overlooks the pool and garden.

The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of space to prepare those delicious meals, there is a breakfast bar. The kitchen has a full oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and kettle. Across the hall is the utility room.

Moving on, there are 3 double bedrooms with access to the garden, and with a bathroom for each room.

The first floor is the master suite with a living room and a bathroom, from any point of this room you will have incredible views.

The villa comprises a total of 4 light, airy and spacious bedrooms, all with spectacular views of the surrounding countryside.

The elegantly designed exterior also features a patio area that is very comfortable for dining and relaxing. Also another separate interior dining room where you have a large gas barbecue and a table together with the living room-kitchen. All together with the pool (W 8m x 4m D. 1.80m)

 For bookings made before 15/12/2022 we will send a link from our bank where you can pay the Ecotax by credit card before your arrival. This tax is mandatory. For bookings made after 15/12/2022, the sale price already includes the Ecotax.
