This magnificent house is about 15-20 minutes drive from the city of Palma and the main beaches and coves of the area. The house has 2 parking spaces. On the ground floor there is a magnificent living room with kitchen, a toilet and terrace. On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms and a balcony.
A few kilometres away is the spectacular Cala Deià, or the viewpoint of Sa Foradada known for its spectacular sunsets.

Check in times weren',t great, and lots of paperwork to fill out before arrivalThe trash situation in the house is very badly done. We were diligent with taking out the various recycling, but we still had trash to remove and there is no good instructions

Excellent location, very short walk to the restaurants
We weren’t told that there is a charge to park on the road of 5 euros a day. We didn’t realise and got a parking fine. The parking at the property was impossible as it’s a very steep drive and very narrow road to it. The pool was not well maintained lots
